摘  要:选取58只母水貂,随机分为两组,分别饲以颗粒饲料和常规鲜饲料,在水貂育成期及冬毛生长期进行饲养试验及消化代谢试验。试验结果表明:饲喂颗粒饲料组水貂和饲喂常规鲜饲料组水貂干物质和有机物质的采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),而蛋白质的消化率和代谢率饲喂常规鲜饲料组均高于饲喂颗粒饲料组(P<0.05)。打皮时饲喂颗粒饲料组和对照组平均体重及体长没有显著差异(P>0.05),试验组和对照组皮下脂肪平均分别为100.65g和111.67g,对照组皮下脂肪比试验组平均多11g左右(P>0.05),两组平均鲜皮长和干皮长差异不显著(P>0.05)。58 female mink selected were randomly allocated to 2 groups which were fed with the feed pellet and fresh general feed in the period of growth and growing-furring. The feeding and balance test were conducted. The test results were as follows: the dry matter and organic matter intake had no difference between 2 groups(P〉0.05). The crude protein digestibility and metabolic rate in group fed with the fresh general feed were higher than with the feed pellets(P〈 0.05). The mean body weight and body length had no difference between two groups(P 〉0.05). The fat under the mink fat weights under skin in group fed with the fresh general feed and the feed pellet were 100. 65grams and 111.67 grams(P〉0.05), respectively, and the length of the fresh pelt and dry pelt had no difference between two groups( P 〉 0.05).
