茸参灵胶囊抗应激作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究茸参灵胶囊的抗应激作用。方法采用小鼠游泳实验、耐高低温及耐缺氧实验,观察茸参灵胶囊对小鼠抗疲劳、抗缺氧和抗高低温能力的影响,用TBA显色法观察茸参灵胶囊对中老龄大鼠体内的过氧化脂质(LPO)生成的影响。结果茸参灵胶囊能显著延长小鼠游泳时间及在缺氧和高低温条件下的存活时间,增强小鼠在各种不利环境中的生存能力,明显抑制中、老龄大鼠体内LPO的生成。结论茸参灵胶囊具有抗应激作用。Objective The test was to investigate the effect of Rong-Shen-Ling capsule on anti-aging. Methods effect of Rong-Shen-Ling capsule on anti-fatigues, anti-hypoxia and resisting high and low temperature in mice were observed,using swimming, resisting high and low temperature, and enduring hypoxia in mice. THE effect of RongShen-Ling-capsule on lipid per-oxidatlon of middle and old aged rat in vivo were observed using TBA developing. Resuits Rong-Shen-Ling-capsule could prolong swinming time and the survival time of mice under hypoxia, hihg and low temperature in mince, could enhance subsistence capeity of mice in various unfavorable environment, could inhibit significantly emerges of Lipid per-oxidation of middle and ood aged rat. Conclusion Rong-Shen-Ling-capsule pessesses action of anti-aging.
