摘  要:2001年冬季、2002年春季和秋季在琉球群岛、台湾岛和吕宋岛以东的西北太平洋黑潮源区及其邻近海域观测叶绿素a浓度季节分布及其粒级结构。结果表明,冬季表层平均叶绿素a浓度高于春季和秋季,台湾岛及以北岛链东南部的北部测区叶绿素a浓度高于巴士海峡及吕宋岛以东的南部海区。叶绿素a垂直分布呈真光层内随垂直深度增加而浓度增大,真光层下至水深200m随垂直深度增加而浓度降低的分布趋势。春季和秋季叶绿素a浓度粒级结构表明,微微型光合浮游生物(Pico级份)对总叶绿素a的贡献占优势,微型(Nano级份)次之,小型(Micro级49)所占比例最小。表层水光合浮游植物细胞丰度在(1.3~13.5)×10^3cells/dm^3,以小粒径的硅藻占优势。呈现出微微型光合浮游生物在观测海区的重要性.The size-fractionated chlorophyll a concentration was observed in the source area of the Kuroshio and the adjacent area during the winter of 2001, the spring and autumn of 2002, which is to the east of the Ryukyu Islands, Taiwan Island and Luzon Island. The resuits showed that the surface average chlorophyll a concentration in the winter is higher than that in the spring and autumn. The surface average chlorophyyll a concentration is higher in the north surveyed area (east of the Island China) than that in the southern surveyed area. The vertical distribution of chlorophyll a concentration is rather uniform; the average chloro- phyll a concentration in the surface layer is lower than that in the deep sampling layers ; and it increased with depth in the euphoric layer; but it decreased with depth under the euphoric layer to depth 200m. The size-fractionated chlorophyy a concentration in spring and autumn showed that picoplankton predominated (86%), the contributions of nanoplankton are 9% and 11% respectively, and those of netplankton are only 5% and 3% respectively. In autumn, the cell abundance of phytoplankton in the surface layer is 1.3 ×10^3--13.5 ×10^3 cell/ dm^3, and small cell-sized diatoms are predominant, which implies the importance of picoplankton in the observation sea area.
