摘　　要：本文将联合分析法运用于常压介质阻挡放电离子渗扩工艺参数研究之中,分析得出影响渗扩工艺各因素的效用值,并且确定了该工艺参数的最优组合。In this paper, the general principles and methodology of conjoint analysis are explicated. It is applied to optimum study on atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma nitriding using dielectric barrier discharge. THe utilities of factors affecting nitriding technology is obtained through conjoint analysis and the optimum combination of factors is determined.
