摘　　要：文章作者在分析论述矿产资源的价值、实行矿产资源有偿开采的理论依据及征收矿产资源补偿费的法规中的一些矛盾的基础上，对矿产勘查业如何全面纳入社会主义市场经济轨道的有关问题进行了有益的探讨。Based on the analySes on the value of mineral resources, the bases for paid exploration of mineral resources as well as the contradictions in the laws on collection of compensation fee of mineral resources, beneficial discussions on how to put mineral resources exploration business into the track of socialist market economy are made in the article.
