摘　　要：通过对第13届亚洲女排锦标赛前6强在拦网实力方面进行统计分析,分析亚洲女排拦网技术的发展现状,同时指出中国女排的优势和存在的问题,为中国女排今后拦网技术的训练提供理论依据。By methods of videotapes - statistics, document and comparative analysis etc, this paper analyses the present situation of development of block technology of Asian women＇ s volleyball , finds out the advantage of Chinese women＇s volleyball and the problem of existence, offers theoretical basis for the block technology of Chinese women＇s volleyball in the future.
