摘　　要：学术的生命在于交流。研究生学术交流活动是研究生培养过程中教学和科研活动的重要组成部分。构建研究生学术交流平台作为培养创新型人才的客观要求,对研究型大学的建设具有重要意义。构建具有时代性的高校研究生学术交流平台的基本理念应以特色与优势学科为基础,采取“请进来,走出去”的互动方式,构建层次性、互动性、系统性相结合的研究生学术交流平台。同时,以此理念为指导建立研究生学术交流平台的框架构成、运作模式及评价机制。The academic life lies in the exchange. Graduate student academic exchange is the important part of the teaching and the scientific research activities in the process of graduate student development. To construct the platform for graduate student academic exchange is an objective request for the development of innovation talented persons, which has the vital significance to the research university ~ construction. The basic idea to construct the characteristic graduate student academic exchange platform should be founded on the advantageous subject, in the interaction way of ＂invites in, goes out＂, and combining the characteristic of stratified, interaction and systematicness. At the same time, the article dissertates systematically the frame constitution, the operation pattern and the appraisal mechanism of graduate student academic exchange platform as the idea.
