医用透明质酸锌液体胶生物相容性研究

摘　　要：医用透明质酸锌液体胶是一种新型伤口敷料,可以为受损的皮肤提供物理保护并为伤口愈合提供一个最佳环境,根据GB/T16886《医疗器械生物学评价》系列标准,应对其进行生物学评价。研究结果表明: 医用透明质酸锌液体胶具有一定的细胞毒性,未观察到皮肤刺激反应和迟发型超敏反应。与同类产品相比,具有良好的生物相容性。As a new kind of primary wound dressing.Medical used Zinc hyaluronate fluid can protect wounded skin and provide a perfect woundcuring surrounding.It is necessary to evaluate its biocompatibility according to the series standards of GB/T16886.Under the conditions of the study.Medical used Zinc hyaluronate fluid showed an evidence of significant cytotoxicity,but no evidence of significant irritation and delayed-type hypersensitivity was observed.Compared with other wound dressing.its biocompatibility was quite well.
