精液白细胞含量变化对精子顶体酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察精液白细胞含量变化对精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法在抗炎治疗前后采用正甲苯胺蓝过氧化物酶法对精液中白细胞进行定量测定，并与精子顶体酶活性进行相关性分析。结果383例男性不育就诊者中有106例精液白细胞〉1×10^6个／ml，其精子顶体酶活性（12．81±9．23）μIU／10^6精子；经抗炎治疗后75例精液白细胞≤1×10^6个／ml，设为有效组，其精子顶体酶活性（20．65±10．05）uIU／10^6精子，余31例精液白细胞〉1×10^6个／ml，设为无效组，其精子顶体酶活性（13．26±9．81）uIU／10^6精子。治疗后两组精子顶体酶活性有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论精液白细胞含量变化可影响精子顶体酶活性，精液白细胞症经抗炎治疗改善后可提高精子顶体酶活性。Objective To study the influence of variable semen white blood cells volumetric count on sperm acrosin activity. Methods Staining for volumetric count of leukocytes in semen and to carry out correlation analysis with sperm acrosin activity before and after anti-inflammation treatment. Results Semen WBC 〉1×10^6/ml were 106 cases in 383 male infertility, their acrosin activity was （12.81±9.23） μ IU/10^6perm. After treatment, semen WBC ≤ 1×10^6/ml were 75 cases among them, their acrosin activity was （20.65±10.05） μ IU/10^6perm, set up into positive group; Semen WBC ≥×10^6/ml were 31 cases, their acrosin activity was （13.26±9.81） μ IU/10^6sperm, set up into negative group. Consequently, there was great difference between positive group and negative group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Sperm WBC can effect on sperm acrosin activity which can be greatly improved after anti-inflammation treatment.
