摘 要:对砷碱渣浸出液铁盐沉砷过程进行了研究,考察了在常温(30℃)、搅拌强度300rpm的条件下pH值、Fe/As比、反应时间对硫酸铁处理砷碱渣浸出液处理效果的影响,试验结果表明:当pH值在3.62-5.59之间、Fe/As为2.5、反应时间为2h、温度30℃、搅拌强度300rpm、初始五价砷浓度2g/L时,处理效果显著,出水含砷低于0.5mg/L,优于国家《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996的一级标准。The removal of arsenic from leaching liquor of arsenic-containing alkaline dregs by precipitation as ferric arsenates is studied. At the condition of temperature at 30℃ and mechanical stirring at 300 rpm, the various of factors affecting the removal of arsenic from leaching liquor of arsenic-containing alkaline dregs by Fe2(SO4)3 are investigated, including different pH values, ratios of Fe/As and reaction times. The experiments were carried out, The results indicate that the disposal effectiveness is distinct, and the concentration of arsenic of the treated water is lower than 0.5 mg/L which is the national top standard of GB 8978 - 1996 at the conditions of pH value between 3.62 and 5.59, ratio of Fe/As at 2.5, temperature at 30℃, mechanical stirring at 300 rpm, 2 g/L initial arsenic concentration.
