沙戟中黄酮类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:对新疆产沙戟的黄酮类活性成分进行研究。方法:采用95%乙醇提取及各种柱色谱法分离,光谱技术鉴定结构。结果:分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,经光谱方法分别鉴定为槲皮素(Ⅰ),山柰酚(Ⅱ),芹菜素(Ⅲ),柯伊利素(Ⅳ),异槲皮苷(Ⅴ),柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),槲皮素-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论:上述化合物均首次从沙戟属中分离得到。Objective： To study the flavone constituents in Chrozophora sabulosa （Xinjiang origin）. Method： The compounds were extracted with 95% ethyl alcohol, isolated by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods. Result： Seven flavanoids were isolated and identified as quercetin （Ⅰ）, kaempferol （Ⅱ）, apigenin （Ⅲ）, chrysoerid （Ⅳ）, isoquereitrin （Ⅴ）, chrysoerin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （Ⅵ） and quercetin-3-O-α-D-arabinfuranoside （Ⅶ）. Conclusion： All of these seven compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
