摘　　要：无标底招标是加入WTO后主要的工程交易方式,推行无标底招标是我国建筑市场发展的必然趋势。介绍了我国无标底招标制度的特点及优势,并对如何进一步完善建设工程领域的招标工作,尤其是在工程量清单下的无标底招标提出了建议。The lowest bid approach is one of main mode of project trade after joining WTO. Carrying out the lowest bid approach is inevitable tendency of China＇s construction market. This paper introduces China＇s fear tures and advantages of the regulation for the lowest bid approach, moreover gives some suggestions how to perfect the bid in the field of construction engineering, especially the one based on bill of quantity.
