摘　　要：目的建立了脑心通胶囊的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,色谱柱:ODS C18反相色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85);流速:1.0ml.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长为230nm。结果平均回收率为100.75%,RSD=0.99%。结论方法简便可行,重现性好,可很好地控制脑心通胶囊的内在质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Naoxintong capsules. METHODS C18 column（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid（15 ： 85） ,with flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1. Detection wavelength was at 230nm and column temperature was at 30℃. RESULTS The average recovery was 100.75% and RSD was 0. 99 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. The quality of Naoxintong capsules can be controlled by the method.
