摘　　要：主要介绍了切割长度优化系统,该系统具有生产过程优化和管理功能。系统投用后,可根据实际切割的长度来调整切割计划,并根据外部事件对切割长度进行优化,最大限度地减少浪费,提高产品质量。产品合格率由95%提高到99%以上。The cutting length optimization system of process computer in No 2 slab CCM of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co is introduced. There is a function of production process optimization and management in this system. Cutting plan can be adjusted according to actual cutted length, and cutting length can be optimized according to outside events after the system was put into use. Qualified product rate was raised from 95% to 99%.
