一个小鼠睾丸特异表达新基因的克隆及表达谱分析

摘　　要：运用“数据库消减杂交”(digital diffrential Display)筛选出一个在小鼠睾丸中特异表达的新基因—mLrrc18(Genballk Accession No：AY775400),该基因的全长cDNA序列为2.7kb,小鼠多组织RT-PCR结果表明：该基因在睾丸中特异表达,而在其它组织中没有表达。该基因的睾丸特异性表达提示它可能在睾丸的的发育和性成熟过程中起重要作用。By using the digital differential Display （DDD）,we cloned a novel gene-- raLrrc18 （Genbank Accession No： AY775400） . The full length of raLrrc18 eDNA was 2.7 kb. Mouse Multi tissue RT-PCR results showed that mLrrc18 gene was exclusively expressed in mouse testis, and no signal was found in other tissues. These results suggested that mLrrc18 gene might be involved in the regulation of spermatogenesis and sperm maturation.
