摘  要:目的了解白黎芦醇对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖及兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响。方法用FCM法检测及建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,用不同浓度的白黎芦醇作用不同时间后,成纤维细胞的增殖指数及兔耳瘢痕增生指数进行了研究。结果①随着白黎芦醇浓度增大和作用时间延长而人皮肤瘢痕组织成纤维细胞增殖指数呈下降趋势。②白黎芦醇在150μmol/L、300μmol/L、400μmol/L时能明显降低瘢痕增生指数,分别为对照组的78.8%、61.2%、47.0%。结论①白黎芦醇降低成纤维细胞增殖指数是其抑制瘢痕增生的途径之一,且呈剂量时间依赖性。②随着白黎芦醇浓度增大,兔耳瘢痕增生指数下降,与瘢痕的体外实验相吻合。Objective To study the effects of resveratrol on viability of fibroblasts and scar - derived fibmblasts of rabbit ears. Methods OVarious concentrations of resveratrol were added into the medium and co - incubated with FB for different time period. FCM assay was employed to detect proliferation of fibroblast.OTo find animal model, various concentrations of resveratml were tested for hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears. Results Othe data of the present study demonstrated that resveratrol in various concentrations inhibite proliferation of fibroblast.①resveratrol in concentrations of 150, 300, 400μmol/L inhibited index of hypertrophic scar,Compared with controls, the index of hypertrophic scar were decreased by 78.8 %, 61.2 %, 47.0%. Conclusions Resveratrol may inhibit viabil- ity of fibroblasts and there is a dose - time - effect trend.
