河南省消除丝虫病策略、措施研究及其实施与评价

摘　　要：目的制定出科学的防治策略与措施，实现区域消除丝虫病。方法按照“科研先导、科学防治，灭源为主、综合防治，因地制宜、分类指导”的原则，从20世纪50年代开始流行病学调查、60年代试点防治、70-80年代大面积防治，直至净化监测、消灭达标监测等，以消灭传染源为主的防治策略贯穿始终。结果建立了一整套病原学和蚊媒学的检测方法、流行病学调查方法；查清了河南省丝虫病的流行状况；确立了以消灭传染源为主导的防治策略；制定了一系列治疗方法、防治方案和措施，包括乙胺嗪对象治疗、全民或病户服药，乙胺嗪药盐普治等：完善了基本消灭丝虫病后的纵横向相结合的监测体系；建立了科学的考核体系，包括资料考核、现场考核，基本消灭丝虫病考核、消灭丝虫病审评等，确保了防治的质量；1987年达到了基本消灭丝虫病标准，1991年丝虫病传播被阻断，2004年通过了国家级消除丝虫病审评，实现了消灭的目标。结论河南省已达到部颁消除丝虫病标准，实现了全省消灭丝虫病。Objective To work out strategy and measures for effectively control filariasis in Henan Province. Methods Led by scientifc research suitable to die local content, were taken such as epidemiological investigation some effective measures in 1950s, conducting pilot study in 1960s, and developing comprehensive preventive control during 1970s- 1980s. Eradication of remaining infectious sources through horizontal surveillance was carried out during 1980＇ - 1990＇. Re.tits Methodologies were set up including eti- ological detection, vector mosquito detection and epidemiological investigation .The awareness of filariasls prevalence situation was greatly increased in Henan Province. Methods for treatment, control scheme and measures for control were set up, and cross - sectional and longitidual surveillance were carried out. Evaluation was taken, including data evaluation, field evaluation, approval for basic control and approval for eradication of filariasis. All mentioned above were carried out in the filariasis control so that the filariasis transmission was blocked in 1991, and the eradication of filariasis was confivraed by national authorities in 2004. Conclusions The filariasis is eradicated throughout Henan province by now.
