太得恩治疗前列腺增生伴逼尿肌不稳定的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的利用尿动力学检查方法,探讨太得恩在前列腺增生伴逼尿肌不稳定的疗效。方法75例前列腺增生患者随机分成治疗组39例和对照组36例,治疗组服用太得恩25 mg,每日2次;对照组服用泽桂瘾爽胶囊每次2粒,每日3次,疗程6周。治疗前后分别行尿动力学检查、最大尿流率测定、储尿期的最大逼尿肌压力、排尿期的等容积逼尿肌收缩压、最大尿道关闭压、功能尿道长度等参数。结果治疗组:储尿期的最大逼尿肌压力治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较明显降低(5.54±1.15)cmH2O;排尿期的等容积逼尿肌收缩压治疗前后比较存在明显差异性(P<0.01),与对照组比较明显增加(22.61±4.61)cmH2O。对照组:储尿期的最大逼尿肌压力和排尿期的等容积逼尿肌收缩治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论太得恩是治疗前列腺增生引起逼尿肌不稳定的有效药物。Objective To explove the effect of Tedenan on the BPH combined with DI by means of urodynamics. Methods 75 patients with BPH were randomized into treatment group （39 cases） and control group （36 cases）. Treatment group used tedenan 25 mg two times per day and control group used two Zeguilongshuang capsules three times per day for six weeks. Umdynamics check was used for treatmeat during such as maximum flow rate （Qmax）, maximum detrusor pressure of storage urinary time （Pdet.max）, constant volume maximum detrnsor pressure of urination （Pdet.cons）, maxmum urethral closure pressure （PUCP）, functional urethral Length （FUL）. Results Treatment group： Pdet. max of storage urinary time that was significant difference in （P〈0.01）, it reduce compared Pdet. max with control group （5.54±1.15） cmH2O; constant volume detrusor contract pressure of urination that was significant difference in the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, it increased comparing Pdet.cons with control group （22.61 ± 4,61 ） cmH2O, control group： Pdet, max of storage urinary time and Pdet. cons of urination there was no statistical absorption coefficient （ P 〉 0.05） , Conclusions Tedenan is an avail drug in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with detrusor instability.
