富锗酵母的致突变性研究

摘　　要：应用沙门氏菌致突变试验（Ａｍｅｓ试验）、小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子致畸形试验，探讨富锗醇母有无潜在的致突变性。结果显示，富锗酵母浓度在５ｇ／ｋｇ、２．５ｇ／ｋｇ、１．２５ｇ／ｋｇ时，微核试验和精子畸形试验均为阴性。浓度为１０μｇ／皿、１００μｇ／皿、１０００μｇ／皿时，对四种菌株无致突变作用。This paper reported the results of mutagenicity of Germanium-rich yeast assayed with the Ames test,Micronucleus test of in polychromatic erythroblasts of mouse bone marrow and mouse sperm aberration.The results Showed that the mutagenesis to somatic cells and reprodutive cells has not been detected.
