摘  要:I_2能与鲁米诺发生化学发光反应,以表面活性剂CTAC为介质能增强发光反应的强度,发光强度与I2浓度成正比。本文利用这一原理建立了一种高灵敏度的碘测定方法,其检测下限为0.2ng/ml,同批样本重复测量的变异系数为2.20%。该法操作十分简便。Iodine causes chemiluminescence upon mixing with the CTAC reserved micelles solution of luminol. the CTAC can enhance chemiluminescence signal of iodine-luminol reaction.The chemiluminescence intensity is proportional to iodine concentration. The detection limit of iodine by chemiluminescence assy was 0.2ng/ml The Precision and accuracy of chemiluminescent assy in quite satisfactory, the relative standard deviation of reproducibility is 2.20%, The procedure of assay is very simple,after iodide was oxidated to 12 by H2SO4 and K2Cr2O7, I2 was extracted by cyclohexane, then mixed the cyclohexane solution of I2 with reserved micelles solution of luminol,the chemiluminescence signal was recorded by luminometer at once.
