摘  要:介绍了一种在过电压实时在线监测中的频率跟踪技术,它采用FPGA实现倍频锁相,用多周期同步测频法跟踪频率,通过MAX+PLUSⅡ进行设计。实验证明它消除了基波波动所致计算误差,保证在基频偏离工频时有效实现采样窗口与被测周期的同步,为事故分析提供了必要的依据。This paper introduces a new technology of tracing frequency in over voltage real time monitoring. Because the sampling points should be distributed evenly in one sampling window, and synchronized sample should be realized. If not, the spectrum would leave out. The new technology uses FPGA to realize frequency multiplication and phase locked, and uses MAX-t-PLUS Ⅱ to design. The experiment result proves that the calculation error is elimi- nated, and synchronization of sampling windows and period could be realized. The synchronization of sampling can provide Correct and necessary evidence to analyze the accidents.
