摘 要:针对油田生产对于大排量、高扬程采油设备的需求,文章提出了双头大排量单螺杆泵与圆截面钢质连续抽油杆配套使用的方案。与单头单螺杆泵相比,双头单螺杆泵具有大排量、高扬程、高泵效和长寿命等特点;圆截面钢质连续抽油杆具有减少与油管间磨损、降低失效率、提高油井产量等特点。文章介绍了该工艺在油田现场的应用情况,实践证明,该工艺实现了大排量、高扬程采油生产的需求,具有适应井液范围广、减少能耗、降低作业费用等优越性,拓宽了螺杆泵和连续抽油杆的应用领域。Aiming at the need for large displacement and high discharge head for oil production equipments in oilfield, combined application of double-thread PCP(progressing cavity pump) and circular cross-section coiled pumping rod is put forward in this paper. Compared with single-thread PCP, double-thread PCP has the characteristics such as much larger displacement, higher discharge head, higher pump efficiency and longer life; circular cross-section coiled pumping rod has the features like reducing abrasion with tube, decreasing failure rate and increasing oil production. Field application result is given in this paper. Field application proves that large displacement and high discharge head oil production can be achieved with this technology. It has advantages such as adapting to wide range of well liquid, reducing power consumption and decrease operating cost, and it widens the application field of PCP and coiled pumping rod.
