摘 要:介绍了美军信息系统综合集成现状和发展趋势,分析了以网络中心战为目标、信息系统一体化、基础设施栅格化、武器装备信息化的综合集成特点,通过“博胜”计划和“未来作战系统”的剖析提出了两种综合集成模式。结合军队实际,在需求牵引与明确目标、顶层设计与统一体系、综合一体与信息主导、横向一体与纵向扁平、适应改造与扶弱补缺、提升能力与纳入栅格等六个方面对军事信息系统综合集成提出了建议。This paper describes the present situation and future development of the integration for American military information system, analyzes the characters of system integration in terms of goal of the Network Centric Warfare, information system integration, grided information infrastructure, and weapon equipment informatization, and introduces two integration modes through the analysis of "BoSheng" plan and Future Combat System. Based on the practice of the army, this paper gives some advice about the information system integration for the army in terms of demand-driven and goal determination, system top design and unifying architecture, system unified integration and information leading, system horizontal integration and vertical flattening, adaptation reform and replenishing system, system upgrade ability and incorporation into information grid etc.
