摘 要:流动注射氢化物发生法用于中药材中痕量汞的测定,研究了酸度,还原剂浓度,载气流速的参数对吸收值的影响.测定中药材中的汞含量,检测限为0.054 4 ng.mL-1,线性范围0-70 ng.mL-1,经测定汞含量均在17-107 ng.g-1之间,测量相对标准偏差为3.49%.该方法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,能够用于环境样品中微量汞的测定.Flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (FI-HGAAS) was used for determination of mercury in Chinese traditional medicine. The parameters such as acidity, concentration of reducing agents and argon gas flow rate were investigated to reach the best peak height sensitivity. The detection limit, concentration giving a signal equal to three times standard deviation of blank signal, was Observed 0.0544ng/ml. Precision of the measurements at 2.0ng/ml level was 3.49% R. S. D. The mercury concentrations of 13 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine analysed by FI-HGAAS were found to be 17 - 107ng/g
