摘  要:为提高国家队专项器材管理效率,依据《国家队专项器材暂行管理办法》,在调研建立国家队专项器材配置标准基础上,利用COM+组件技术,开发研制了“国家队专项器材管理系统”软件,该软件在2004年的试用2、005年的全面推广应用中,取得了较好的效果,基本满足了国家体育总局经济司、16个运动项目管理中心、财务结算和审计中心、体育器材装备中心等部门在国家队专项器材预算、计划、审批、购置等方面的信息化工作需求,首次尝试性实现了国家体育总局系统内基于因特网技术的一站式服务,创新性地实现了多角色同步操作和管理者的实时监控工作局面,有力支持了国家队备战北京奥运会的保障工作。In accordance with the Temporary Regulations on the Management of Specialized Sports Equipment for National Teams, and with an aim to improving the management and efficiency, the Management System of Specialized Sports Equipment for National Teams has been developed with COM + Components technology, on the basis of the research on the allocation criteria of the specialized equipment used by the national teams. Used on a testing basis in 2004 and applied widely in 2005, this software has proved to be very effective and efficient, basically meeting the need of the Financial Department of the General Administration of Sport, 16 Sports Administrative Centers, the Financial Accounting & Auditing Centre as well as the Sports Equipment Centre in their management of budget, planning, approval and purchase of specialized equipment used by various national teams. This technology has for the first time made one-stop service possible within the General Administration of Sport on the internet, thus realizing the simultaneous operation by multiple parties and timely monitoring of managers. It serves as a strong support to the national teams in their preparations for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
