国家游泳队科研保障系统的优化与完善研究

摘　　要：现代游泳训练的发展越来越依赖于科研保障,完善的科研保障是教练员和运动员进行科学化训练、不断提高运动水平的重要因素。经过多年的发展,我国游泳科研已初步建立了科研服务保障体系。但是在实际的运动训练实践中也发现还存在很多问题,因此队国家游泳队的科研保障体系进行优化和完善,对于备战2008年奥运会,不断提高我国竞技游泳运动水平具有重要的意义。国家队的科研保障体系在运作中还是存在以下的问题:1)科研与训练管理不协调;2)科研攻关能力不强;3)科研服务不够深入。根据存在的问题,在实践中采取了以下措施对国家队科研保障系统进行优化与完善:1)科研保障系统层次化、制度化;2)科研攻关实践化、联合化;3)科研服务个体化、专业化;4)科研经费投入的效率化。The development of the modem swimming training relies on the assurance of the scientific research. The perfect assurance of the scientific research plays an important role in the scientific training of coaches and athletes and the rapid and sustainable improvement of the movement level. After the yearly development, the scientific research of swimming in China has initially established an assurance system of the scientific research service. However it has been found that there were a certain number of problems in the practices of the swimming training. Accordingly it is essential to optimize and consummate the assurance system of the scientific research of the national swimming team in China, which plays an important role in the improvement of Chinese swimming level and the preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The main problems existing in the assurance system of the scientific research of the national swimming team in China can be summarized as follows： 1 ） the scientific research and the training management is not harmonized; 2） the ability of solving problems of the scientific research is insufficient; 3） the service of the scientific research is not sufficient. According to the existing problems, in the practical training, several measures and strategies aiming to optimize and consummate the assurance system of the scientific research were proposed as follows ： 1 ） the classification and systematises of the assurance system of the scientific research; 2） the integration and practising of the solving problem ability of the scientific research; 3）the individualization and specialization of the service of the scientific research; 4） the effectiveness of the investment of the funds of the scientific research.
