河南省城区中老年人体育健身现状的调研分析

摘　　要：以河南省城区中、老年人为研究对象,对城区中、老年人体育健身活动的现状及影响中、老年人参与体育健身活动的因素进行调查和分析,找出原因和不足,提出合理的建议及对策,为城区开展全民健身活动提供参考依据。Adopted the middle-aged and old people in the urban areas of Henan province as research subjects, this paper conducted an investigation and analysis! On the current situation of sport participation among middle-aged and aged people in urban areas in Henan Province. It probed into the existing problems and its reasons and proposed rational suggestions and strategy, in order to provide references for the implementation of the National Fitness Program in the urban areas.
