摘 要:运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法对我国92所普通高等院校体育课程内容设置进行调查与分析。结果表明普通高校体育课程内容设置呈时代性、教育性、健身性、民族性、娱乐性、多样性等多元化发展趋势。武术类内容仍然是各高校民族传统体育课设置的主干内容;民族传统体育项目有巨大的挖掘和发展空间,但还没有得到很好的整合、创新和研发为高校教学所用。普通高校体育课程内容的改革与拓展,应充分利用我国丰富的优秀民族传统体育的资源,选编与现代教育理念和课程目标相一致的,构建具有时代性与民族性、健康性与娱乐性、科学性与实用性的民族传统体育教学内容的体育课程体系为我高校教学所用。Adopted the methods of documentary analysis and questionnaire investigation, mathematic statistics, this study conducted an investigation and analysis on the PE curriculum setting of higher education among 92 general colleges and universities. The results of this study indicated that the content setting of PE curriculum of general colleges and universities was characterized with a multi-facet development trend of sense of times, educational function, fitness, nationality, entertainment, variety and so on. The content of Wushu can still be seen as the main-body teaching content of the nationality traditional PE curriculum in higher education in China; the nationality traditional sport events still have a large space for the further exploration and development. However, it hasn't possessed such an excellent framework of concordance, innovation and research utilized by the PE teaching of colleges and universities. As for the reform and continuations of the content of PE curriculum of general colleges and universities, the abundant resources of outstanding traditional nation sports should be fully adopted. Selection and compilation should be consistent with modem education idea and curriculum objective. The system of PE course of the content relevant to traditional nation physical teaching which is full of sense of times, nationality, healthy function, entertainment, science and practicality should be constructed for the PE teaching of general colleges and universities.
