Descriptoin of a New Genus and a New Specie of Aterolecaniidae (Hemiptera: Coccoidea) from Hainan Povince

摘　　要：记述链蚧科1新属——梭链蚧属Elagatis,并记述1新种:通什梭链蚧Elagatistongzaense,sp.nov.,模式标本保存于安徽工业大学。The present paper is based upon the materials collected from Hainan province in 1995 ～ 1998. All type specimeas are deposited in the Anhui University of Technology, Ma＇anshan. Elagatis, gen. nov. Type species： Elagatis tongzaense, sp. nov. The new genus is similar to Bambusaspis Cockerell, but the bady without dorsal tubes and multilocular pores. It differs from other genus of this family by the absence of 8-shaped pores. Elagatis tongzaense, sp. nov. （Figs 1～15） . The adult female scale nearly shuttle like; flat dorsally, but with 2 longitudinal striations and 1 longitudinal ridge; pale greenish yellow or pale ochre; 2.5～3.0 mm long, 0.5～0.8 mm wide; scale nearly transparent, very thin. Body of the adult female nearly shuttle like, pale ochre or yellow, 2.0～2.2 mm long, 0.3～0.5 mm wide. Dorsal surface： Without 8-shaped pores and marginal 8-shaped pore row; tubular ducts numerous; disk pores and minute setae sparse. Ventral furface： Antennae tubercular, with 2 setae long and 2 setae short; legs present but poorly and faintly developed; claw without denticle; the thorax spiracular 2 pair, the antherior spiracular bar with 1～2 quinquelocular pores, the posterior spiracular bar with 0～2 quinquelocular pores; marginal quinquelocular pores in a single row with 6～10; disk pores and body setae, irreglarly sparse arranged. Apex of abdonen： Notch present; lobes somewhat indicated, 1 pair of apical setae; anal ring with 2 short setae. The body of larva elliptical; without 8-shaped pores; Antennae well-developed,normally 6-segmented; beak sharply, pointed with 2 pairs setae; legs 3 pairs. Apex of abdomen： Notch present, lobes somewhat indited, 1 pairs of apical setae, anal ring with 2 minute setae. Host plant： Sinocalamus sp. Holotype： ♀, 12-Ⅷ-1995, Tongshi City, Hainan Province, coll. WU Shi-jun;Paratypes： 35♀♀, 12-Ⅷ-1995, 18-Ⅷ-1998, Tongshi City, Itainan Province, coll.WU Shi-jun.
