土鳖虫与日本医蛭提取物抗凝血酶活性的比较研究

摘　　要：目的研究土鳖虫提取物的抗凝血作用,并与日本医蛭抗凝活性做了比较,为土鳖虫的新药开发提供实验依据。方法采用凝血酶直接滴定法。结果鲜(干)土鳖虫提取物的抗凝血活性均很强,与日本医蛭相当。但土鳖虫和日本医蛭抗凝血酶活性成分对热稳定性有差异。结论土鳖虫中含有直接作用于凝血酶的成分,但不同于日本医蛭的抗凝血酶成分。Objective To study the anticoagulant acitvity of Eupolyphaga sinensis extract, and compare with Hirudo nipponia extract. Methods Directly titration on thrombin. Results Fresh（dried） Eupolyphaga sinensis extracts have highy inhibitive actvities to thrombin, as equal as Hirudo nipponia extract. But their thermal stability of anticoagulant components are different. Conclusion Eupolyphaga sinensis extracts have anticoagulant components. The components are different from Hirudo nippmnia.
