氮气膨胀剂的研究与应用

摘　　要：氮气膨胀剂水泥浆体系主要由氮气膨胀剂、不渗透油井水泥降失水剂和减阻剂等组成,其中膨胀剂由氮气发气材料、稳气材料和特种表面活性剂组成。通过评价氮气膨胀剂对水泥浆体系膨胀率、稠化时间及抗压强度影响,考察了氮气膨胀剂与S902配伍性及氮气膨胀剂的抗盐性。结果表明,氮气膨胀剂能显著提高水泥膨胀率、对稠化时间和抗压强度无影响,具有良好的抗盐性及配伍性。新型防气窜水泥浆体系在胜利油田的直井、定向井、水平井等井中应用,固井优质率达到85%,合格率达到了100%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。The cement slurry treated with nitrogen-expanding agent is composed of a nitrogen-expanding agent,a non-invasive FL control agent and a flow-resistance reducer.The nitrogen-expanding agent is consists of a nitrogen-generating material,a nitrogen stabilizer and some special surfactants.By the tests on the influences of nitrogen-expanding agent on expansion rate,consistence time and compressive strength of set cement,the compatibility with S902 and the resistance to salinity contamination of the nitrogen-expanding agent were evaluated and confirmed.The tests showed that the nitrogen-expanding agent can evidently enhance the expansion rate of the set cement,it does not affect the consistence time and the compressive strength and it possesses good compatibility and salinity resistance.By the application of this new type of gas channeling-avoiding cement slurry in a series of straight,directional and horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfield,the cementing super-quality-degree rate was raised up to 85% and the quality passed degree rate to 100%.
