摘　　要：采用国产胶乳和配套的外加剂,通过试验研究了胶乳水泥浆的稳定性能、失水性能和流变性能、防窜性能以及水泥石性能。结果表明:胶乳辅以合适的稳定剂,可以作为水泥浆的外加剂,配制出具有防气窜和韧性性能的胶乳水泥浆;配合使用适量的外加剂,可显著降低胶乳水泥浆的失水量,提高水泥浆的流变性能,控制水泥浆的稠化时间,使胶乳水泥浆综合性能满足固井要求。对胶乳的作用机理进行了论述。还介绍了胶乳水泥浆在沙30-7井的应用。This paper studied the stability,filtration loss,rheological properties and channeling prevention capacity of the latex cement slurry and the properties of its setting state by using home-made latex and related additives.The experiments conducted showed that latex combined with some necessary additives can be used as cement additives and latex cement slurries can be prepared.The addition of latex and related additives can evidently reduce filtration loss,improve rheological properties and control its consistency time of this type of cement slurries therefore ensure the cement slurry to meet the cementing requirements.The paper also described the application of this type of cement slurry in well 30-7.
