摘 要:本文对乳液和乳液稳定性特征进行了探讨,综述了乳液的分类和应用,并对乳液及乳化技术在钻井和完井液中的应用进行了总结,将其分为4类:油基钻井液体系、合成基钻井液乳液体系、外加乳液处理剂以及钻井液循环中形成的乳液。研究发现,石蜡纳米乳液对基浆的流变学性能影响不大,具有良好的粘土分散抑制性和较强的页岩分散抑制性,同时还具有突出的润滑性能和良好的油层保护性能。现场应用效果表明,这种乳液体系能够增强钻井液的润滑性能,起下钻正常,技术套管下入顺利,在水平井施工中钻具扭矩小,井壁稳定,动塑比高,无卡钻现象出现。从室内实验和现场应用看出,石蜡纳米乳液是一种性能突出的多功能处理剂,可能成为钻井液处理剂未来发展的一个方向。This paper described the research work on emulsions and emulsifying technique and their applications in drilling and completion fluid.Four classified emulsions were fully studied and these are: oil base emulsion drilling fluid,synthetic base emulsion drilling fluid,emulsions formed by addition of emulsifiers and spontaneously formed emulsions among them the paraffin nanometer emulsion is the most favorable and adequate system that is characterized by its mitigated affect on rheological properties of the base fluid,excellent inhibition on clay and shale dispersion,good lubricity and satisfied effect on prevention of formation damage.The wells drilled with this paraffin nanometer emulsion were accomplished successfully with cleaned borehole,reduced torque,good borehole stability and troubles-free introduction of casings.
