摘 要:目的评价FAIREST序列测量局部脑血流量(CBF)绝对值的影响因素。方法对18例健康志愿者在1.5T磁共振扫描仪上进行间隔两周的重复FAIREST检查。在先后两次得到的脑血流图上测取14个解剖部位相对应的CBF值,运用多元线性回归方法分析检查部位、双侧大脑半球和两次检查对CBF测量的影响,对不同定位层面的相同解剖结构CBF值进行自身配对t检验。结果①FAIREST图像显示了良好的灰、白质对比。②两次检查之间,除了双侧额叶CBF绝对值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余部位差异均无统计学意义。不同解剖部位的CBF绝对值差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。③灰、白质平均CBF为(122±28)和(43±10)ml/(100g·min)。④定位不同导致的两次测量结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论FAIREST技术的测量结果有很好的重复性,脑血流局部CBF绝对值的测量影响因素主要为解剖部位和定位层面。Objective To evaluate the influence factors of flow-sensitive alternating inversion recovery exempting separate T1 measurement (FAIREST) in regional cerebral blood flow. Methods Eighteen healthy volunteers (aged 18 to SS years, 9 males and 9 females) were recruited and FAIREST technique was applied twice at intervals of two weeks to obtain cerebral blood flow (CBF) images with a 1.5T MR scanner. Agreement for the regional CBF values obtained from the paired exams was determined by paired-samples t test. The differences of CBF values of the same structure obtained from different slice, such as the thalamus, were also compared. Results ①CBF images were gained of high quality. ②The regional CBF values of the paired scans showed stable except for that of frontal lobes. ③The mean CBF values were (122 ± 28) and (43± 10) ml/(100 g ·min) in the gray and white matter. Different orientation in twice scans may give rise to difference between measurements of a same structure. Conclusion FAIREST is promising to produce CBF map that has good gray/white matter contrast and produce quantitative and repetitive CBF values.
