三种他汀类药物对大鼠角叉菜胶背部气囊滑膜炎抗炎机制的初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究三种他汀类药物的抗炎机制。方法角叉菜胶致大鼠背部气囊滑膜炎模型,测定渗出液液体量,渗出液中白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清中CRP、MDA含量。结果他汀类药物能明显减少渗出液体量,降低灌洗液中WBC、CRP、MDA含量和血清中CRP、MDA含量。结论他汀类药物抗炎机制与抑制炎性因子的渗出、降低CRP含量及消除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化有关。Objective To study the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of staitns. Methods Rat air-pouch acute inflammatory model was used by sc injection of carrageenan.Then determine the amount of efflusion,WBC（white blood cell） count, （C-reaction protein）,molondialdehyde（MDA ）content of efflusion and CRP,MDA content of blood serum.Results Staitns can reduce the amount of efflusion,decrease WBC count,CRP,MDA content of efflusion and CRP,MDA content of blood serum.Conclusion The mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of staitns are related to the reduction of inflammatory agent and CRP and MDA contents.
