摘　　要：目的了解青岛市出生婴儿性别比现状。方法记录青岛市市立医院2004年全部住院分娩产妇病历中出生婴儿性别,计算出生性别比,同时与国家权威机构公布的我国目前的出生婴儿性别比进行比较分析,以此数据结果初步评估青岛市的出生性别比现状。结果青岛市市立医院2004年全部住院分娩产妇病历中出生婴儿性别比为124∶100。结论2004年青岛市市立医院分娩的产妇出生婴儿性别比高于国际公认的理论值,也高于我国2000年第五次全国人口普查公布的出生性别比116.86∶100,初步认定青岛市出生婴儿性别比高于全国的平均值。Objective To understood the present situation of Qingdao＇s birth sex ratio. Methods To analyze case history of the Qingdao municipal hospital＇s lying-in woman in 2004, and calculate birth sex ratio and to appraise the present situation of Qingdao＇s birth sex ratio. Results Birth sex ratio in Qingdao municipal hospital in 2004 is 124： 100. Conclusion Birth sex ratio in Qingdao municipal hospital in 2004 is higher than the international-recognized theoretical value, also higher than the mean value of our country-116.86：100 , that was came out with the fifth national census in 2000 . We may conclude that the Qingdao＇s birth sex ratio is higher than the mean value of our country initially.
