摘　　要：目的建设覆盖全医院的信息化网络,建立统一的信息标准和规范,制定统一的应用软件间接口的标准格式,开发基于标准的应用软件、中间件和接口,把医院的各种医疗信息和经济信息纳入到统一的信息化平台中进行管理。方法采用最新的面向对象方法与多层架构体系的技术来构建,运用现代计算机及通信技术,调整就医流程,整合医疗信息管理系统、数字化影像系统、检验信息系统等子系统,实现数据无缝连接,资源共享。结果加强了医院管理,方便患者就医,较好地体现了医院信息系统以病人为中心,以全成本核算为核心,减少了工作环节,极大地提高了工作效率,对医院的发展起到了很大的促进作用。结论本系统是一套符合当前医院信息化需要的计算机管理系统。Objective To establish an information network covering the whole hospital and a unified information standard and regulation, set up a unified format of applying software interface, develop a unified information system and management involving all kinds of medical and economic information in the hospital based on standard applying software, intermediate and interface. Methods The newest object oriented methods and multi - system building skills were used to establish information network. Through modern computer and communication skills, the visit process was adapted. Medical information management system, digital image system and lab information system were organized to realize connection of the data without slot and share information resource. Results Hospital management has been strengthened. Convenience for patients has been improved. Hospital information systems take the patient as the center and take complete cost accounting as the core. Unnecessary steps were reduced and efficiency was raised, which promotes hospital development. Conclusion This system is the computer management system which is in accordance with the needs of current modernized hospital information systems.
