米诺地尔脂质体制剂与普通制剂对C57BL/6小鼠毛囊VEGF表达影响的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨米诺地尔脂质体制剂与普通制剂对C57BL/6小鼠毛囊VEGF表达的影响。方法:将C57BL/6小鼠随机分组,在背部涂抹两种制剂的米诺地尔,通过小鼠皮色变化以及组织学特征对毛囊进行分期,并采用了数码照相和ImageProPlus图像分析处理系统相结合的方法对小鼠涂药部位VEGF表达进行分析。结果:米诺地尔各组小鼠毛囊从休止期转变为生长期,并且处于生长期毛囊VEGF表达阳性部位较多,而1.4%脂质体米诺地尔组较1.4%米诺地尔普通制剂组效果更显著。结论:实验结果表明米诺地尔可增强VEGF表达,而脂质体制剂较普通制剂效果更为显著。Objective To study the change of vascular endothelial growth factor resulted by different minoxidil praeparatums in the hair follicle of C57BL/6 Mice. Methods The C57BL/6 mice were divided into 4 groups. The minoxidil with two dosage forms were applied to the back skin of mice. The anagen onset and its duration were evaluated by the skin color and histologic characteristics. The state of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression in the skin of C57BL/6 mice was investigated by means of immunohistochemistry and image analysis technique. Results All minoxidil groups induced the anagen onset, But 1.4% lipo-minoxidil group had a higher expression of VEGF than 1.4% minoxidil group. Conclusion These findings indicate that lipo-minoxidil have a more significant promote on the VEGF expression than the common praeparatum.
