摘  要:目的建立豚鼠的内淋巴积水模型,并研究别嘌呤醇对豚鼠内淋巴积水耳蜗的影响。方法采用右侧枕后硬脑膜外进路做创内淋巴囊联合醛固酮腹腔注射制备豚鼠内淋巴积水模型,观察药物别嘌呤醇对豚鼠耳蜗形态和功能的影响。结果模型耳与正常耳比较耳蜗积水程度的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)ABR 反应阈的差异有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗耳和预防耳比较耳蜗积水程度的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)ABR 反应阈的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论内淋巴积水可以通过右侧枕后硬脑膜外进路微创内淋巴囊联合醛固酮腹腔注射来成功制备。别嘌呤醇在预防和治疗实验型内淋巴积水方面有较为显著的效果,同时可以降低听觉脑干电反应的阈值。Purpose To establish the two-phase endolymphatic hydrops of guinea pig and investigate the effect of allopurinol on experimental endolymphatic hydrops in guinea pig. Methods The guinea pig were operated on the right ears to result in endolymphatic hydrops with the method of shght destruction of endolymphatic sac from extradural posterior cranial fossa approach, and aldosterone was given intraperitoneally. The morphologic and functional changes in cochleas of guinea pigs were observed. Results The results reveals that there were significant difference between treated ears and normal ears in the maximum SMA ratio ( P 〈 0.05)and the average response threshold of ABR( P 〈 0.05), and there were significant difference between therapy ears,preventive ears and normal ears in the maximum SMA ratio (P 〈 0.05) and the average response threshold of ABR( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The two-phase endolymphatic hydrops can be established successfidly, and that allopurinol can decrease the experimental endolymphatic hydrops.
