摘　　要：河北省由于其特殊的地理位置与环境资源,退耕还林工程具有信息量大、管理任务繁重的特点。本研究立足于河北省退耕还林工作的特殊性与艰巨性,充分利用计算机等现代化管理手段,建立了退耕还林工程信息管理系统。结果表明,该系统在退耕还林管理工作中可以实现多层次、全方位、全过程的现代化信息管理,为工程管理工作及时提供准确、全面的信息,以此推动退耕还林工程建设在科学高效的基础上顺利进行。A large amount of information and hard management is the trait of program of conversion the land to forestry in Hebei Province is becanse of its special location and environment resources. In this study, based on the speciality and hardness of conversion the land for forestry in Hebei Province, the modem management depending on computer system was used in establishing of conversion the land for forestry program. The results showed that the program could realize modem information management in many administrative levels, full - scale in the whole process, and could provide accurate and comprehensive modem information management, which could promote the conversion the land for forestry program successfully.
