摘 要:对寄生黑刺粉虱(Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance)的韦伯虫座孢菌(Agrerita webberi Faweett)进行了室内不同培养基和不同温度下生长量的测定,以及室内和田间防治柑橘上黑刺粉虱的试验和大面积示范推广。结果表明:该菌在马铃薯琼脂(PDA)和胁本培养基上均能很好生长,培养温度以20—28℃最适宜;室内不同浓度防治效果可达66.4%~74.1%;田问防治效果在药后25d调查对黑刺粉虱1龄若虫为58.5%,对2龄若虫为64.0%;大面积防治效果为35%~41%,且能在田间自然增殖,表现出较长时期的控制作用,可作为柑橘黑刺粉虱综合治理的一项重要的生物防治措施应用。The growth quantity of Agrerita webbed Faweett which parasitize Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance in different medium and temperature was assayed in laboratory. The control effects of Agrerita webberi Fawectt on A. spiniferus Qualntance were studied in laboratory and in field. The results showed that A. webberi Faweett had grown better in PDA medium and in Xieben medium, the optimum temperature for the growth was 20 - 28%;, The control effect of bioassay in lab was 66.4% - 74.1%, the control effect in orcherd experiments for the first instar larvae was 58.5%, and for the second instar larvae was 64.0% .The Agrerita webberi Fawectt could multiplied in natural environment. The control effects were permanent and it could take an important part in integrated control of Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance as the mean of biological control.
