摘 要:本研究探讨了用直接离心法、上浮法和perco ll密度梯度离心法等3种方法处理精子对南阳牛体外受精效果的影响。结果表明3种方法处理的精子卵裂率差异不显著(84.2%vs84.5%vs83.6%),但是桑囊胚率perco ll密度梯度离心法和上浮法显著高于直接离心法(17.1%、16.9%vs13.8%)。同时比较了微滴法和微细管法对体外受精效果的影响,表明两种方法受精后的卵裂率差异不显著(84.1%vs81.1%),桑囊胚率微细管法显著高于微滴法(17.8%vs13.4%)。This research observed the effects of direct centrifugation, swimming-up, percoll density gradient centrifugation treated sperm on IVF in Nanyang cattle. The cleavage rates of sperm in the three treatments (84. 2%, 84. 5%, and 83.6%, respectively) were similar (P〉 0. 05), but the development rates of morula and blastocyst in swimming-up and percoll density gradient centrifugation group (17. 1%, 16. 9%) were greater (P〈 0. 05) than that of direct centrifugation (13. 8%). Meantime, comparison of the effect of drop and capillary methods on IVF indicated that the cleavage rates in the two treatment had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05), but the development rates of morula and blastocyst of capillary method were significantly higher than that of drop method (17.8%, 13.4%).
