摘　　要：主要阐述黑龙江省小麦的生产现状、存在的问题、产生的原因以及出现的后果,并依据本省的自然生态科技特点,提出恢复小麦生产的重大意义、目标、策略及措施。The paper summarized the present production condition ,the problem, reason and result of wheat in Heilongjiang Province mainly, on the base of characters of nature, ecology, science and technology in Heilongjiang province, the significance, aim, strategy and method of wheat production were suggested.
