摘　　要：目的研究人胎肺是否含有间充质干细胞。方法取胎龄为15～22孕周流产胎儿，依照骨髓间充质干细胞的体外培养方法，获得肺脏来源的贴壁细胞，进而研究其形态、免疫表型、细胞周期和分化潜能。结果从胎肺培养获得的贴壁细胞，其细胞生物学特点符合间充质干细胞的鉴定标准。结论人胎肺可分离、培养和扩增间充质干细胞，具有一定的发育学意义和治疗潜能。Objective To investigate if human fetal lung contains mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Adherent cells were initially obtained from lung tissue of aborted fetus （15-22 week） in the same way as from human bone marrow, then their general morphology, immunophenotype, cell cycle and differentiation potential were analyzed. Results Fetal lung-derived adherent cells fulfilled the criterion of mesenchymal stem cells. Conclusion Mesenchymal stem cells can be isolated and expanded from human fetal lung tissue, thus suggestive of developmental and clinical significance.
