摘 要:某型红外空空导弹导引头的КΦ系数超差问题较为突出,对同一大小的Φ角,若在空间的相位不同,其在导弹制导通道上耦合的影响程度(即КФ系数)相差较大。本文通过研究导引头陀螺旋转控制回路与Φ角耦合影响及恢复力矩之间的关系,找到了驱动陀螺旋转的两相驱动电流相位差与Φ角耦合影响在空间分布不对称的规律,并根据此规律确定了导引头Φ角耦合影响调整的工艺方法,可使Φ角耦合影响在空间的不对称因素达到最小,进而可大幅减小导引头各个方向上的Φ角耦合影响。Under the influence of various factors during production, KФ, the influence of Ф on guidance information coupling, is often out of tolerance. This has become a bottle - neck problem for the fabrication and adjustment of a certain infrared air - to - air missile seeker. One of its main manifestations is that the same angle could have great differently influence on different missile guidance channels. By studying the relationship between KФ and the circumrotating circuit of missile seeker, it is found that the spatial distribution of the bi - phase driving current phase difference and the influence of Ф on coupling is asymmetric. Thus a method is found for adjusting the coupling influence of Ф angle, to decrease the spatial asymmetry of the coupling influence as far as possible, and decrease greatly the coupling influence of Ф angle on each direction of the seeker.
