摘　　要：介绍了杭州钢铁集团公司试制YF40MnV易切削型非调质钢的情况。采用80t超高功率电弧炉冶炼,LF精炼处理及700×1/650×3三辊横列式轧机轧制,生产出的YF40MnV,其各项技术质量指标完全符合用户要求。采用高品位的硫铁作增硫剂及喂硫铁线工艺,是改进S含量控制的方向。The present paper introduces the trial manufacture of free-cutting, nonquenched and non-tempered steel YF 40MnV in Hangzhou Iron ＆ Steel Corporation. The steel products, smelted in a 80t UHP electric arc furnace, refined in a ladle furnace and then roiled at a 700 ×1/650 ×3 three-high mill, can completely satisfy the customers＇ technical and quality requirements. It＇s proved that application of higher sulphur bearing pyrites as sulphur promoter and feeding of pyrite wire for refining YF 40MnV is a better way to control the S content in the steel.
