摘 要:通过建立铸坯传热数学模型,对连铸凝固过程进行了解析。制定了二冷配水制度优化原则,基于目标温度控制原则开发出二冷配水控制模型。对不同钢种、拉速等工艺条件下的连铸工艺设计出二冷总水量、水量分配和水量与拉速的关系式,并对配水方案进行了凝固与传热的预测和验证。The process of solidification in the course of continuous casting is investigated and analyzed by a math model newly developed for the purpose of slab heat transfer calculation. The principle for optimization of secondary cooling is determined and on the basis of the object surface temperature control principle a secondary cooling control model is established. The total water flow-rate and the water distribution have been designed and a relationship formula between water flow rate and casting speed derived according to different process conditions such as different steel grades, different casting speed and etc. In the meanwhile the Secondary cooling scheme including solidification and heat transfer has been predicted and verified.
