复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗幼年型特发性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗幼年型特发性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对21例幼年特发性关节炎患儿关节腔内注射复方倍他米松7mg/(m^2·次),观察疗效。结果21例幼年型特发性关节炎患儿3次注射总有效率达90.5%,无明显不良反应。结论关节腔注射复方倍他米松治疗幼年型特发性关节炎控制关节症状疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of intra-articular injection of diprospan in treating juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children. Methods 21 patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis were adopted with intra-articular diprospan injection. Diprospan monotherapy was given at a dose of 7 rag/ （m^2 ·time）, 1～3 times for each course. Results After being treated for 3 times, the degree of arthralgia, the swelling and tenderness of articulation were reduced, and the function of the joint was significantly improved with 90.5% of the patients relieved. And no side effect could be found in all of the patients. Conclusions Intra-articular diprospan injection can be used in treating the children with ju- venile idiopathic arthritis and improving the clinical symptoms with high safety.
