疏利降浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例

摘　　要：目的应用中药复方疏利降浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,观察总结其疗效,籍以探讨中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭途径。方法通过现代医学理化检验手段,确诊为慢性肾功能衰竭,从中医辨证论治出发,用疏利降浊汤内服,至少治疗三个月以上,并随访六个月以上,总结疗效。结果30例患者治疗后总有效率为93.34%,对有效病例随访结果,疗效稳定。结论疏利降浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有一定的疗效,可以改善大部分患者的肾功能和临床症状。Objective Treat chronic renal failure RF with traditional Chinese druge-compound Shuli Jiangzhuo decoction, observe and conclude its therapeutic effect, to find the method curing CRF. Method By modem medical physicochemical examination , if CRF was identified, Shuli Jiangzhuo decoction was administered orally according to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine . The treatment course was mere than 3 months at least, and the attending period was over 6 months to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The total efficacious rate of the 30 patients after treatment was 93.34%, and the therapeutic effect is steady in attending the efficacious patients. Conclusion Shuli Jiangzhuo decoction has certain effect on treating CRF and improve renal functions and clinical symptoms of most patients.
