姜辛夏冲剂对哮喘大鼠模型支气管和肺组织形态学影响

摘　　要：目的探讨姜辛夏冲剂对哮喘大鼠模型支气管和肺组织的形态学影响。方法采用卵蛋白致敏哮喘大鼠模型,观察哮喘大鼠支气管、肺组织形态学变化,并行支气管粘膜炎症细胞计数。结果经姜辛夏冲剂治疗后哮喘大鼠气道炎症细胞明显减少,与模型组相比(P<0.01),与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);姜辛夏冲剂能明显改善支气管上皮损伤,粘液腺增生,基底膜增厚等病理改变。结论姜辛夏冲剂治疗哮喘的作用机理与抑制气道炎症,改善支气管、肺组织形态学变化有关。Objective To investigate the influence of Jiangxinxia powder on bronchial tube and lung morphology on asthmatic rats. Method The model rats of asthma induced by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin, observed the morphology changes of bronchial tube, lung tectology and count the inflammation germ cell quantity on the asthma big mouse . Results The inflammation germ cell quantity of after Jiangxinxia powder treatment mrs were significantly lower than the asthmatic rats , （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The difference between groups treated respectively by Jiangxinxia powder and other treatment groups was insignificant（ P 〉 0.05）. Jiangxinxia powder can obviously improve the bronchial tube epidermis damage, the mucous membrane gland proliferation, asthma pathology change and so on basilar membrane accumulation. Conclusion Jiangxinxia powder could treat asthma , its mechanism relates reducing the inflammation germ cell infiltrated and improves the bronchial tube, the lung tectology change concerns.
